# SA Contact Research Plan - Manual Approach

## Why Manual?
- Apify free tier = UI only (no API automation)
- Apollo scrapers = all deprecated/blocked
- Manual LinkedIn = 100% accuracy, free, just takes time

## Time Estimate:
- 5-7 minutes per company
- 54 companies × 6 min avg = **5.4 hours total**
- Can batch in sessions (10-15 companies per hour)

## Process Per Company:

1. **LinkedIn search:** "Operations Manager" OR "Cold Storage Manager" OR "Technical Manager" + [Company Name]
2. **Find 1-2 key contacts** (prioritize: Operations > Technical > Production)
3. **Email pattern discovery:**
   - Check ZoomInfo/RocketReach results (often show partial emails)
   - Use Hunter.io domain search (free tier: 25 searches/month)
   - Pattern inference from any found emails
4. **Document:**
   - Name, Title, LinkedIn URL
   - Email (confirmed or pattern-based)
   - Company

## Output Format:
CSV with columns:
- Company Name
- Domain
- Contact Name
- Title  
- LinkedIn Profile
- Email (verified/inferred)
- Confidence (High/Medium/Low)

## Batch Schedule:
- Session 1 (now): Companies 1-10 (1 hour)
- Session 2: Companies 11-25 (1.5 hours)
- Session 3: Companies 26-40 (1.5 hours)  
- Session 4: Companies 41-54 (1 hour)

Total: ~5 hours of focused work = **54 personalized emails ready**
